The Angel Dance Team gives all students the opportunity to develop leadership qualities. Simply by being a member of the team, students learn to lead and to follow direction. Many of the tasks of operating a large, successful dance program are the responsibility of the student members. The directors will delegate a large number of jobs to students not only to make the logistics of running the dance team easier, but also to develop responsibility in students. Officer candidates audition and are then appointed or selected. All officers must be in good standing and have proven leadership skills for the entire school year.
